PURPOSE AND FIELD OF APPLICATION

The present general terms and conditions of service (GTC) and participation define the conditions applicable to the sale of training courses provided by the association Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes (hereinafter referred to as “the Educational Institution”) to the Client. Any order implies the Client’s unreserved acceptance of these general terms of conditions and participation. Unless the Educational Institution formally and expressly waives them, these conditions take precedence over any other document of the Client, and in particular over any general conditions of purchase. These general terms and conditions of service may be updated during the year. The website www.afgrenoble.org always brings the latest version to everyone’s attention. These modifications cannot open right to any compensation to the profit of the Customer.

These general terms and conditions of service and participation concern face-to-face training, including, or not, digital modules carried out by the Client at a distance. The face-to-face trainings can be carried out in the premises of the Training Organization, in premises rented by the Educational Institution or in the premises of the Customer or online by videoconference. The training courses concerned extend to the training courses offered in the catalog and on the website of the Educational Institution www.afgrenoble.org as well as the training courses organized at the request of the Client on its behalf or on behalf of a closed group of clients (“intra training courses”, “language stays”, …).

REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS

Any “inter” order expressly formulated in writing (on a paper registration form, email or fax) or validated on our website is final and binding and entails the full and complete adherence of the Customer to these GTC. The Customer commits himself to be present at the dates, places and times scheduled. The order must necessarily indicate the Customer’s contact information (last name, first name, address, company name if applicable) and the chosen training (title, date). For all registrations, an acknowledgement of receipt in the form of an e-mail is sent to the Customer within 48 hours of receiving the registration request, accompanied by a training registration form if necessary. This does not constitute confirmation that the training will take place. The Client must return a copy of the registration form to the Educational Institution. Upon confirmation of the session, at the latest 2 working days before the training, the Client will receive an invitation and all practical information relating to the training, including the exact time and place of the training. The training location indicated on the communication materials is not contractual.

Depending on the rooms available, the Educational Institution may invite the participants to another address in the same geographical area. At the latest, within 15 working days following the training, the Educational Institution sends the invoice for the training and the certificate of participation to the persons indicated by the Client at the time of the order. It is the Client’s responsibility to verify the imputability of the training action.

All “in-house” requests are subject to an educational and financial proposal from the Educational Institution. The formal acceptance by the Client of this commercial proposal must reach the Training Organization at least 10 working days before the date of the first training session. This constitutes a definitive order and implies acceptance of the dates and places agreed upon. At the end of the training, the Educational Institution sends to the Customer: an invoice, a copy of the attendance list and the evaluations. When the enrolments or evaluations are carried out on the Client’s equipment, the latter undertakes to communicate them to the Educational Institution.

Regarding the training methods: the Educational Institution is free to use the methods and teaching tools of its choice, which are within its sole competence. For the quality of the training, a minimum and a maximum number of participants are defined for each training. The Educational Institution commits itself not to exceed the planned number. The duration of the training courses is specified on the website www.afgrenoble.org and on the communication documents of the Educational Institution. Intra-company training sessions can be held at the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes training center or at an external location. Intra” training sessions can be held on the Client’s premises and with the logistical means provided by the Client (at least a computer, a video projector and a flip chart). Participants in training sessions held at the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes training center are required to respect the association’s internal rules. If the training takes place outside of the Training Center, participants are required to respect the internal rules of the host institution. The Educational Institution reserves the right, without compensation of any kind, to exclude at any time any participant whose behavior interferes with the course/training and/or seriously violates the internal rules.

SELLING PRICES

For “inter” training courses: the prices of “inter” training courses are indicated in Euros, including all taxes, on the website www.afgrenoble.org and on the communication supports of the Educational Institution and on the registration form. The cost of catering and any teaching aids are not included in the registration and are not an integral part of the service. They cannot be deducted from the price. Discounts and commercial offers proposed by the Educational Institution cannot be combined. Any training started is due in full. In the case of training cycles or courses, particularly those leading to certification, the prices include a discount that cannot be combined with any other special offer or discount. The cycle or course started is due in its entirety. For “in-house” training, the prices of in-house training are indicated on the commercial proposal (estimate) sent to the Customer. Costs related to tools, teaching materials (including documentary files and digital media), room rental, travel and accommodation expenses for trainers are invoiced in addition.

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT AND COVERAGE

Invoices are payable upon receipt or, if applicable, according to the agreed payment schedule, by check, cash, credit card or bank transfer. In the event of late payment, penalties equal to three times the legal interest rate in force will be payable by right without the need for a reminder, as well as a fixed indemnity for collection costs of 40 euros. In case of absence or delay of payment, the Educational Institution reserves the right to suspend or refuse any new order until the account is cleared. The Educational Institution may refuse to deliver the training concerned without the Client being able to claim any compensation, for any reason whatsoever, or benefit from any credit or reimbursement. Any subsequent payment will be charged in priority to the extinction of the oldest debt.

PRE-REGISTRATION

In case of pre-registration, a deposit calculated on the total amount of the training will be required. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the training and will not be refunded, except in case of absolute necessity; in which case the request for refund, duly justified, must be addressed to the administrative service of the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes either by mail to the address 5 rue Beyle Stendhal – 38000 Grenoble, or by email to contact@afgrenoble.org

Full payment for the course must be made at the beginning of the course, unless otherwise agreed in writing and signed by both parties.

COLLECTING ORGANIZATION

In case of payment by a collecting organization, it is up to the Customer to make a request for payment before the beginning of the training and to make sure of the good end of this request, to indicate it explicitly on his registration form or on his order by indicating the complete coordinates of the collecting organization, to transmit the agreement of assumption of responsibility before the date of training to make sure of the good end of the payment by the organization which it will have indicated. If the Educational Institution has not received the payment from the OPCA by the 1st day of the training, the Client will be invoiced for the full cost of the training. If the collecting organization only partially covers the cost of the training, the remainder will be invoiced to the Client. In case of non-payment of the training fees by the collecting organization, the Customer will be charged the full cost of the training and will be invoiced for the corresponding amount plus any late payment penalties. In case of registration to a training course or cycle, especially certifying, the training must be completed within twelve or eighteen months after registration. An invoice is sent at the end of each course or cycle. The coaching and certification fees are invoiced with the first training. In the event of cancellation by the Customer of his participation in one of the training courses of the course or cycle, he will have to pay the cancellation fees related to the training course as well as the difference between the non-discounted catalog price and the prices agreed on the training courses in which he participated.

CANCELLATION – MODIFICATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF TRAINING BY THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

The Educational Institution reserves the right to cancel or postpone a training course, in particular when the number of participants in this training course is deemed to be pedagogically inappropriate, and to inform the Client at the latest 3 working days before the date of the training course. The Educational Institution also reserves the right to transform a classroom training course into an online training course (hybrid or 100% online) if this is necessary for the continuity of the training and/or the safety of the trainees and employees, without changing the price of the training course. The Educational Institution reserves the right to replace a defaulting trainer by a person with equivalent technical skills or to postpone the training as soon as possible. When the postponement is not possible, the Education Institution proceeds to the reimbursement of the totality of the registration fees to the exclusion of any other cost. If the cancellation occurs, without possible postponement, less than 3 days before the training, the Educational Institution undertakes to reimburse in addition, on presentation of receipts, the transport costs of the Client who could not obtain direct reimbursement from his carrier.

CANCELLATION – POSTPONEMENT OF PARTICIPATION OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PARTICIPANT BY THE CLIENT

For ” in house ” training courses : the Client can ask for the cancellation or postponement of his participation in an ” in house ” training course, free of charge, if the written request is received by the Educational Institution at least 10 working days before the date of the training course (postal address : Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes – 5 rue Beyle Stendhal – 38000 Grenoble – Tel : 04 76 56 25 84 – email : contact@afgrenoble.org. The cancellation or postponement is effective after confirmation by the Education Institution to the Client. In the event of cancellation of participation by the Client between 10 and 4 working days before the start date of the training course, the Educational Institution will invoice 50% of the price of the training course, without discount. If the cancellation occurs within 3 days before the date of the training, the Education Institution will invoice 100% of the non-discounted price. In case of absence from the training, delay, partial participation, abandonment or early termination for any other reason than force majeure duly recognized, the Client will be liable for the full amount of the training. In case of absence for health reasons justified by a medical certificate, the defaulting participant will be able to postpone his registration to the next scheduled session. Otherwise, he/she will be liable for the amount of his/her training in proportion to the number of days of training attended. The Client may request a replacement participant, free of charge, up to the day before the training session. The replacement request must be sent in writing to the Educational Institution and include the name and contact information of the replacement. It is then the Client’s responsibility to verify the adequacy of the participant’s profile and objectives with those defined in the training program.

For “in-company ” training, the Client may request the cancellation or postponement of an ” in-company ” training. If this request is received by the Educational Institution, in writing, at least 21 working days before the date of the training, only the costs incurred for the preparation (preparation by the trainer and the educational team, room rental, travel, accommodation) will be invoiced to the Client. If this request reaches the Training Organization between 20 and 10 working days before the date of the training, the Client will be invoiced for 50% of the price of the training, plus the costs incurred for preparation (indicated above). If this request is received by the Educational Institution less than 10 working days before the training date, the Client will be charged 100% of the training price, plus the costs incurred for the preparation. These costs are not chargeable to the company’s mandatory financial contribution to the training. If the cancellation is accompanied by a postponement scheduled within three months of the cancelled training, a 25% discount will be granted on the cost of the postponed training.

SUBCONTRACTING

The Educational Institution is authorized to subcontract, in part or in whole, the performance of the services covered by this contract. All the obligations of the Client resulting from this subcontracting are valid only with respect to the Educational Institution, which remains responsible with respect to the Client for all the obligations resulting from the present contract.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT

The paper or digital materials provided during the training or accessible online as part of the training are the property of the Educational Institution. They cannot be reproduced partially or totally without the express agreement of the Educational Institution. All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on these media are protected by copyright and for the whole world. Any other use than that provided for the purposes of training is subject to prior authorization of the Educational Institution under penalty of prosecution. The Client also agrees not to participate directly or indirectly in any competition with the Educational Institution by transferring or communicating these documents. The Educational Institution is authorized to use the corporate name, trade name or trademarks of the Client as a commercial reference, on any communication medium, without prior authorization from the Client.

INSURANCES

All insurance coverage is the responsibility of the client and is mandatory for year-round registrations (Civil Liability and Health Coverage) and/or for clients staying through the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes, regardless of the length of stay. The objects, effects, furniture, vehicles and values of the client are not guaranteed against theft, loss or damage, whatever the cause. The parties therefore agree that the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes can never be held responsible in this regard. Social security is mandatory for non-European clients, registered for more than 3 months and under 28 years of age.  The following are exempt from paying the contribution:

– Clients under the age of 20 as of August 31 of the current year

– Clients over the age of 28 as of October 1 of the current year

The client is not insured for the various leisure activities organized by the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes.

IMAGE USE RIGHTS

The Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes may take pictures of the clients in order to use them to illustrate a brochure, an advertisement, its website, its social networks (Facebook page, Instagram, Linkedin, …) unless the client advises otherwise. This notice must be notified to us in writing, at the latest upon registration.

DATA PROCESSING AND FREEDOM

All orders will be subject to a computerized record accessible by the company concerned on request. The information requested is necessary for the processing of the registration by the Training Organization. In accordance with the law “Informatique et libertés” of January 6, 1978, modified by the law of January 23, 2006, the Client has the right to access and rectify information concerning him/her. If the Client wishes to exercise this right, he/she must send a request by email to contact@afgrenoble.org or by post to: Correspondant CNIL – Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes – 5 rue Beyle Stendhal – 38000 Grenoble.

ADMISSION CONDITIONS

For admission to the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes (AFGA), the client must be at least 18 years old, except for language stays and summer courses.

The Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes cannot be held responsible for difficulties in obtaining a long-stay visa or residence permit upon presentation of a certificate of pre-registration or registration in one of its courses.

For information: in order to comply with the requirements of the Prefecture of Grenoble for the issuance of a residence permit, students holding a long-stay visa for studies in France must, at the time of their final registration, pay the totality of the tuition fees for the first 12 weeks of classes, at a minimum of 20 hours per week.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

Participation in the courses organized by the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes includes the payment of the following fees :the annual registration fee : this annual fee allows the client to be registered at the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes and therefore to attend the courses for which he/she has registered and paid the corresponding tuition fees. It is valid for all courses from the first day of class and for a period of one year from date to date. This fee is not refundable.

They also include the tuition fees as presented in the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes promotional material (brochures, leaflets, website, …). They must be paid in full no later than two weeks before the beginning of the course for which the client has registered. Finally, books and workbooks are not included in the tuition fees, nor in the annual registration fees. Course fees are set from date to date. There are no refunds for non-working holidays.

REGISTRATION FORMALITIES

For individual learners, regardless of the method of registration chosen, non-beginner clients must take an online or on-site assessment test no later than two weeks before the start of the course in order to be guaranteed a place in the course and at the chosen time. Clients may register online at www.afgrenoble.org for certain courses. The client will have to create a personal account and choose his or her courses, read the General Conditions of Registration and the appendices, and accept them according to the procedure indicated online, pay the deposit or the totality of the tuition fees online. The full tuition must be paid no later than two weeks prior to the start of the selected course. In case of late payment, the place in the chosen course is not guaranteed and the deposit is not refunded. The client must present himself/herself to the administrative service of the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes on the first day of the course with the following documents: an identity document (identity card, residence permit or passport with a visa covering the duration of the studies); a passport photo; if applicable, the receipt of payment of the totality of the tuition fees or the registration certificate. The customer can register on site or online. He/she will have to read the General Conditions of Registration and the annexes, and accept them by dating and signing the registration form. Then pay either the deposit or the full tuition fee and, if applicable, the accommodation fee. Payment can be made in euros, by bank transfer, by credit card or in cash. The client can also register by email – contact@afgrenoble.org or by mail at the following address Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes, Service des inscriptions – 5 RUE BEYLE STENDHAL 38000 Grenoble. The client must present himself at the reception of the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes on the first day of the course with the following documents: an identity document (identity card, residence permit or passport with a visa covering the duration of the studies); an identity photo. If applicable, the receipt of payment of the tuition deposit or the receipt of payment of the total tuition or the registration certificate. When the customer registers by mail order or online at least 14 days before the beginning of the chosen course, he/she has a right of withdrawal of 14 days regarding his/her registration, without having to justify a reason. This withdrawal period starts from the date of acceptance by the customer of the General Conditions of Registration. When the fourteen-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. The client wishing to make use of his right of withdrawal must notify it, within the legal time limits indicated above, in writing and by post to the following address Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes, – Service des inscriptions – 5 RUE BEYLE STENDHAL – 38000 Grenoble

In the event of late presentation, the student’s place in the chosen course is no longer guaranteed.

For third-party payers (companies, organizations, Alliances françaises and any other legal entity), the client can register by mail, on site or online. For the registration to be valid, the client must complete the following formalities in chronological order:

The signature of the registration form and the acceptance of the General Conditions of Registration are valid for the commitment to pay the training fees.

Upon receipt of the invoice, pay the totality of the tuition fees as well as, if necessary, the accommodation fees in euros, by bank transfer or by credit card. The client receives a convocation from the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes confirming his/her registration. The client must present the following documents at the reception desk of the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes: an identity document (identity card, residence permit or passport with a visa covering the duration of the studies); an identity photo; the registration certificate.

On site: read the present General Conditions of Registration and their appendices, and accept them by dating and signing the registration form. The student must present the following documents at the reception desk of the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes: the form and/or the training estimate duly signed and approved by the client; an identity document (identity card, residence permit or passport); an identity photo.

When the customer registers on site, by correspondence or online at least 14 days before the start of the chosen course, he/she has a right of withdrawal of 14 days regarding his/her registration, without having to justify a reason. This withdrawal period starts from the date of acceptance by the customer of the General Conditions of Registration. When the fourteen-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. The customer wishing to make use of his right of withdrawal must notify it, within the legal time limits indicated above, in writing and by post to the following address Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes – Service des inscriptions -5 RUE BEYLE STENDHAL – 38000 Grenoble

POSTPONEMENT / CANCELLATION

1. Before the beginning of the course: the client will be entitled to postpone his/her registration for the course for a maximum of 3 months. Only one postponement is authorized, subject to the receipt by the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes of a written request at least 15 working days before the initially scheduled start date of the course. In case of cancellation or absence of definitive registration, the deposit is not refundable. In case of late cancellation, i.e. three working days before the beginning of the course, the cancellation fee will be 250 €.

2. After the beginning of the course: Once the course has begun, and in case of absence from one or more courses, no postponement or refund will be accepted for any reason whatsoever. However, in case of serious illness and/or incapacity duly justified by a medical certificate, preventing the student from attending the course for more than 4 consecutive weeks, the client may request a refund of the tuition fees pro rata to the courses not attended (excluding the annual registration fees which remain the property of the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes) or the postponement of these courses within a period limited to 3 months after the date of interruption of the courses.  

3. In case of postponement or cancellation, the calculation of the course price per week takes into account the actual number of weeks taken strictly consecutively, minus the cancelled or postponed weeks.  If the number of weeks actually taken consecutively results in a change in the price range, the basis for calculating a refund or postponement will be the new price per week.  The written request, accompanied by the supporting documents, must reach the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes at the latest 7 days after the date of interruption of the course. Any postponement granted is non-refundable and non-transferable to other students’ accounts.

4. Class Refunds: In the event of a class refund, only those students who are present and have signed the sign-in sheet at the course office will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

5. No postponement of the end date of the course will be accepted.

6. In the case of groups: mini groups of 2 to 5 people and groups of 6 to 15 people, the request for cancellation/postponement of a session, which takes place according to the specific terms of the à la carte courses, applies exclusively to the group and not individually.

7. In case of absence of a trainee to one or more courses, no postponement or individual refund will be accepted for any reason whatsoever.

8. The Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes reserves the right to cancel a registration for a course or a session if a teacher is unavailable one week after registration. In this case, the totality of the corresponding tuition fees will be refunded to the client. If this cancellation affects all the courses chosen by the client, the annual registration fee will also be refunded.

DELAY – PROGRAM CHANGE- MODIFICATIONS

In case of late arrival to a course, a place cannot be guaranteed. A deferral to a later session of the same course will be offered, subject to space availability.

No change in pace or schedule can be accepted once the originally chosen course program has begun. However, if a change of pace should occur, the credit will not be refunded.

The Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes reserves the right to cancel a course if the number of students is insufficient. In the event that another course of equivalent level cannot be offered, the full tuition fee will be refunded to the client. If the cancellation affects all the courses chosen by the client, the annual registration fee will also be refunded. The Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes reserves the right to modify, in case of necessity, the schedule and the calendar of the courses, subject to informing the client in advance.

INSURANCE

Health, accident and liability insurances are mandatory and at the customer’s expense.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

The client is obliged to attend the courses regularly. A certificate of attendance will be issued upon request. No certificate will be issued with more than 50% of absences.

EXCLUSION

In the event of a breach by the client of the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes internal regulations, which can be consulted at the reception desk, the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes reserves the right to interrupt the training of the client at fault, without reimbursement of his or her lessons.

CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION

Registration can be done either on the internet : www.afgrenoble.org. Or on site at our office : 5 RUE BEYLE STENDHAL – 38000 Grenoble, during the opening hours of the registration service. The registration is final upon payment of the registration fee. Payment must be made before the examination date. Exam registration fees are non-refundable, except in cases of absolute necessity and upon presentation of official proof. No minor will be allowed to register. Our center conducts all exams on computer.

Absence due to absolute necessity (illness, transport strike, death, etc.): the candidate can either benefit from a postponement of his/her exam to another session by sending a written request by e-mail to: contact@afgrenoble.org or by post to: 5 RUE BEYLE STENDHAL – 38000 Grenoble, accompanied by a supporting document within a maximum of 3 days after the date of his/her exam. If the document is considered valid, the postponement of the exam will be granted only once. In the event of a new absence from the exam and/or postponement, whatever the reason, the exam registration fee will be lost. Either make a written request for reimbursement either by email: contact@afgrenoble.org or by post: 5 RUE BEYLE STENDHAL – 38000 Grenoble, accompanied by a supporting document within a maximum of 3 days after the date of the exam. If the document is considered valid, the refund of the exam will be granted.

Please note that for any reinscription, a delay of 30 working days must be respected between two exams.

Test accommodations for people with disabilities/reduced mobility: a candidate with a disability must provide a medical certificate at the time of registration specifying the nature of the disability as well as the recommendations for accommodations prescribed by the practitioner. The Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes will provide these accommodations within the limits of its material possibilities. Results are only communicated by mail. To do so, each candidate must hand in a stamped envelope upon arrival on the day of the exam, indicating the postal address where he/she wishes to receive the envelope. In the absence of envelopes or in case of lack of address, the results will not be sent or communicated by telephone. Results are sent out at least 4 to 6 weeks after the date of the exam. It is imperative to indicate on the envelopes the name and surname of the candidate as well as the addresses where the candidate wishes to receive his/her results, taking into account these delays.

No refunds will be made for no-shows or late arrivals, except upon presentation of official proof. The exam is taken on a computer, including the written expression test.

There is a 30-day waiting period between two exams. The Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes is not responsible for the non-eligibility of this test with the organization or university concerned in case of failure of the exam and/or non-conformity with the required exam. The Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes will not make any refund or exchange of exams in case of registration error. The TCF Tout Public does not work for a naturalization application (TCF IRN – level B1).

EXAM REGULATIONS

As soon as the registration is validated and the payment is made, a convocation is sent to the address mentioned by the candidate either by e-mail, by post at the time of registration, or delivered in person. If you do not receive your convocation before the exam, you must write to contact@afgrenoble.org. Absence due to lack of notification does not entitle the student to a postponement or refund. The dates and times of the exam are final and cannot be changed. To enter the examination room, you must present an original piece of valid identification with photo and signature (passport, residence permit, identity card, driver’s license. If a candidate is unable to present an identity document, it is possible to accept a receipt for an application for a residence permit; a receipt for an application for asylum (a photograph is required); a receipt for recognition of international protection; an asylum application certificate (normal and accelerated procedure). If you are unable to attend due to lack of identification, you will not be entitled to a deferral or refund. The candidate must appear at the time indicated on the invitation. In the event of a delay due to a public transport strike, proof of attendance must be requested. The official certificate is sent by mail within 3 to 4 weeks (minimum) after the date of the exam.  On the day of the exam, the candidate must bring an A4 envelope, stamped with the name and address where the candidate wishes to receive the envelope.

Results are not given over the phone.  The certificate is valid for 2 years from the date of the test.

RULES TO BE RESPECTED IMPERATIVELY DURING THE WHOLE DURATION OF THE TEST

The candidate will verify the accuracy of the personal information that will appear on your certificate on the day of the exam. Any errors not reported on the day of the exam will not be corrected afterwards. No pencils are allowed. Candidates must write in black or blue pen. Only the materials and documents distributed by the examination supervisors are allowed. The use of any other document than those authorized will be considered an attempt at fraud. During the entire examination, the use of cell phones and/or electronic devices or any other media such as dictionaries is prohibited. Candidates must not disrupt the examination for other candidates, must not endanger Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes staff or other candidates, must respect all materials provided by the Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes as well as Alliance Française staff in the performance of their duties.

Please note that failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the invalidation of your exam and expulsion from our premises.

During the entire duration of the health crisis, on the day of the exam, only those registered for the exam will have access to our premises. The candidate MUST have: a valid ID (passport or residence permit), a stamped A4 envelope, at the current rate of the Post Office for this type of mailing, mentioning the address where you want to receive the certificate, a protective mask not used and which will be worn throughout your presence in our premises and having a minimum filtration level of 90 to 95%, a ballpoint pen, a headset / headphones with a jack. iPhone Lighning and USB-C type headphones are not accepted.

If any of these 5 items are missing, access to the test center will be denied and no refund will be issued.

CLAIMS – JURISDICTION

Any complaint from the Client must be made in writing to the Educational Institution (postal address: Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes – 5 RUE BEYLE STENDHAL – 38000 Grenoble, France), which will do its best to respond as soon as possible. Any dispute that is not settled amicably will be brought before the courts of Paris.
